CTE App Privacy Policy
This notice describes how CTE App collect and uses data. This notice applies to all users of our CTE App can work anywhere in the world. CTE App is designed and developed for the use of Passenger Assistants (PA).
• Passenger Assistant (PA): users designated to assist passengers during transportation
In this notice, “Reservation” refers to the service requests made by passengers or organizations on behalf of passengers.
“Passengers” refers to individuals or customers who request or receive services through a transportation company with the help of a PA.
What information do we collect?
We collect personal and activity data such as device information, usage and log information. These Data will be collected automatically when using this Application. PA must log in with a secure password to start using the application. When the PA logout from the application, the application will stop working on foreground and background which will also assure to stop data collection.
Unless specified otherwise, all Data requested by this Application is mandatory and failure to provide this Data may make it impossible for this Application to provide its services. In cases where the Application specifically states that some Data is not mandatory, Users are free not to communicate this Data without consequences to the availability or the functioning of the Service.
How do we use your personal data?
The user’s CTE App usage data will be collected and accessed by the service provider whom the PA is registered with. Personally identifiable information (such as name, address, email or phone number) and other preferences associated with the user’s account will be removed after the account is deleted however other data may be retained indefinitely.
Generally, personally identifiable information (such as name, address, email or phone) will not be shared with other companies or individuals.
Users’ personal data will not be shared with other companies or with individuals for advertisement purposes.
How do we protect your data?
The data collected will be stored on the database and all reasonable steps will be in place to ensure that users’ data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy. We take sufficient steps to secure your personally identifiable information against unauthorized access or disclosure. We encrypt the transmission of data on pages. However, no security or encryption method can be guaranteed to protect information from hackers or human error.

CTE App runs in the background to ensure the delivery of notifications and communications.
