• Drivers: users who are registered with transportation company to provide transportation to passengers through transportation company.
In this notice, “Bookings” will be referred to the transportation request made by the customers of the transportation company through the transportation company. “Passengers” will be referred to the individuals or customers who request or receive transportation by Drivers through transportation company.

These Data will be collected automatically when using this Application. Driver will be required to login with a secure password to start using the application. When the driver logout from application, application will stop working on foreground and background which will also assure to stop data collection. Unless specified otherwise, all Data requested by this Application is mandatory and failure to provide this Data may make it impossible for this Application to provide its services. In cases where this Application specifically states that some Data is not mandatory, Users are free not to communicate this Data without consequences to the availability or the functioning of the Service. It is mandatory for precise or approximate location data on foreground (app open and on-screen) or background (open app but not on-screen) of the driver’s mobile device to be collected when the application is running and driver has logged in with their secure credentials. We use this data to accomplish the core purpose of the Application.

Our system may access personal data with your activities in the course of providing better services to you Send SMS and email if required regarding the booked journey To customize our service we collect and store driver’s mobile device precise geographic location. Geographic location of the device on foreground and background is mandatory to be provided as driver will need to be tracked and monitored by transportation company to be able to allocate bookings. Also driver’s device location will be collected while app running on foreground or background during a journey with a passenger for safety and secure measures which will be monitored by transportation company. This data generally is not shared for any ads other marketing analytics. Real-time location information will be used to find the nearest driver for passengers or booking request to assure better and reliable service. It can also help to improve customer support and combat unlawful activities.

Your data such as usage and location will be collected and accessed by the transportation company where the driver is registered with. We remove personally identifiable information (such as your name, address, email or phone number) and other preferences associated with your account after you delete your account. We may retain other data indefinitely. We generally do not share personally identifiable information (such as name, address, email or phone) with other companies or individuals. We don’t share your personal data with other companies or with individuals for advertisement purposes.
